Renaissance
Built by Fincantieri in Italy, Renaissance originally entered service as Maasdam for Holland America Line, featuring a teak promenade deck and an atrium centerpiece sculpture by Luciano Vistosi with over 2,000 pieces of glass. During her Holland America tenure, the ship operated primarily in North American waters, cruising to the Caribbean in winter and to Europe and Atlantic Canada in summer, with notable dry dock renovations in 2006 and 2011. After being sold to Seajets in 2020 and renamed Aegean Myth, the vessel was purchased by French operator Compagnie Française de Croisières in 2022 and renamed Renaissance, eventually coming under Ambassador Cruise Line's operation following a merger in 2025.
