Seabourn Encore

Seabourn Encore is the first ship of a new class built by Fincantieri for Seabourn Cruise Line, approximately 26% larger than the line's Odyssey-class vessels with an additional deck and expanded public areas designed by hospitality interior designer Adam D. Tihany. The ship's maiden voyage sold out in just two days, and the vessel was later involved in a collision with the concrete carrier Milburn Carrier II when her mooring snapped during heavy winds, prompting a Transport Accident Investigation Commission inquiry.
