Azamara

Azamara is an upper-premium boutique cruise line founded in 2007 as a Celebrity Cruises sub-brand and sold to private equity firm Sycamore Partners in 2021. The line operates four small ships - Quest, Journey, Onward, and Pursuit - each carrying around 700 guests. Azamara distinguishes itself through destination immersion: longer stays in port, more overnight calls, and late-night departures so guests can experience local nightlife. The intimate ship size allows access to smaller ports that larger vessels cannot visit. Azamara sails to over 200 destinations across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa.
