Costa Fortuna

Costa Fortuna is a cruise ship built by Fincantieri at the Sestri Ponente shipyard in Genoa for Costa Cruises, based on a modified Destiny-class structure. The ship was christened by actress Maria Grazia Cucinotta and carried soprano Katia Ricciarelli during its inaugural voyage, and was later featured in the Christmas film Vacanze ai Caraibi. After operating in Asian markets, the vessel returned to the Mediterranean and was subsequently sold to Margaritaville at Sea, with plans to rename it Beachcomber as the company's flagship.
