Norwegian Sun

Norwegian Sun is a Sun-class cruise ship built by Lloyd Werft in Bremerhaven, Germany, and entered service with Norwegian Cruise Line as the third and final vessel of her design class. The ship was christened in a dual ceremony at the Port of Miami alongside her sister ship Norwegian Star. In 2022, Norwegian Sun collided with a small iceberg near Alaska's Hubbard Glacier, sustaining damage that required over two weeks of repairs following Coast Guard inspection. The vessel will transfer to Cordelia Cruises on a long-term charter beginning in 2027.
