Costa Serena

Costa Serena is a cruise ship built by Fincantieri's Genova-Sestri Ponente shipyard for Costa Crociere and features interiors inspired by ancient Greece, designed by American architect Joseph Farcus. The vessel was used as a setting for scenes in the film Natale in crociera and later featured in the documentary Cruise Ship Diaries. Notable among its amenities is the Samsara Spa wellness center, one of the largest aboard a cruise ship at the time of construction, along with a three-deck theater, pools with movable glass covers, and thirteen passenger decks dedicated to constellation names.
